Order and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that you are at least 18 years old, that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order. No contract is created until we have accepted your order and sent you an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation within one working day please contact us by emailing hello@fiorelli.com to check whether we have received your order. In the event that the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an increase in price has not been updated on this site we will not process your order and will instead alert you to the actual price of the goods, in this instance we reserve the right to cancel your order. All orders will appear on your bank statement in GBP. Therefore the final charged price may vary slightly on your bank statement. The actual exchange rate of the transaction will be determined by the cardholders bank/card company at the time of purchase.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Fiorelli mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Fiorelli (“Fiorelli”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Fiorelli’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Fiorelli through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Fiorelli. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Fiorelli or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Fiorelli mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

E-Gift Cards

Gift Cards issued by Us can only be redeemed via purchases made on this website through the Web Site, and are not redeemable for cash.  All E-Gift Cards are issued in GBP. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's E-Gift card account and is not transferable. If your order exceeds the amount of your E-Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards. We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to E-Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a E-Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such E-Gift Card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Competitions

The following terms and conditions apply to competitions and prize draws on this website, Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter unless otherwise stated:

  • Prize draws and competitions are not open to employees (and their immediate families), their agents, or anyone connected with the competition or prize draw in question
  • Only one entry per person. Collective and/or proxy entries are not allowed
  • All prizes are subject to availability and Centric Brands reserves the right to exchange them for items of equal or greater value
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • A winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.  Only the winner will be contacted through private email or social messaging to confirm they have won
  • If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter this competition
  • Prizes unclaimed after 60 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and Centric Brands reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant or cancel the competition
